Proposta de implantação do método Kanban no controle de estoque de um hospital

Abstract

No mercado atual a concorrência é acirrada, sendo assim os fabricantes buscam reduzir custos ao máximo. Uma técnica a ser utilizada é o Kanban. Este trabalho tem como objetivo geral apresentar como o método Kanban pode ser utilizado no estoque de um hospital para reduzir os custos e auxilio no controle dos estoques. A metodologia aplicada é a pesquisa bibliográfica. Neste trabalho abordam-se conceitos de Just in Time, Kanban e seus métodos de implantação, bem como a melhoria da qualidade e serviços. Segundo a Secretaria de Saúde Publica o Hospital Ruy Barbosa implantou o método Kanban para monitorar a permanência de paciente, a exemplo do que foi implantado desde 2013 no hospital Walfredo Gurgel, onde utiliza a ferramenta kanban para gerenciar as internações, sendo utilizado de uma forma manual para otimizar o tempo de internação. Para a solução do problema em questão, tem-se o intuito de criar um sistema simples e de baixo custo com a implementação do sistema Kanban em conjunto com os recursos já utilizados, que é o uso de uma planilha eletrônica simples, tornando o controle de estoque muito mais efetivo. De posse dessas informações será então definidas as etapas de estudo, que a princípio será a estruturação e classificação pelo método ABC, em seguida será realizado um estudo dos produtos melhores classificados através da maior demanda, partindo para a definição do lote e quantidades de Kanbans, e criação de procedimentos para o bom funcionamento do sistema, como a criação das etiquetas de identificação dos produtos, a adaptação da planilha eletrônica já utilizada para o controle de ressuprimento. Após definido o uso do método Kanban, métodos de desenvolvimento e implantação para um bom funcionamento do sistema em questão, deste modo se faz necessário um estudo onde serão levantadas as informações necessárias para a criação e desempenho do sistema.

To solve the problem at hand , there is the intention to create a simple and inexpensive system with the implementation of the Kanban system in conjunction with the resources already used , what is the use of a simple spreadsheet , making control of stock much more effective . With this information will then be defined stages of study , the principle is structuring and classification by ABC method , then a study of the best rated products will be achieved through increased demand , based on the definition of lot and amounts of kanbans , and establishing procedures for the proper functioning of the system , such as creating labels for product identification, the adaptation of the spreadsheet already used to control resupply . After defined using the Kanban method , methods of development and deployment for a good functioning of the system in question , thus a study where information necessary for the creation and performance of the system will be raised if necessary.
