Sistema integrado de gestão empresarial: Estudo de Caso de implementação de sistema ERP

Abstract

No presente trabalho será abordado características dos sistemas ERP, os processos que envolvem desde a escolha, a implementação e utilização, seus benefícios, algumas vantagens, desvantagens e o impacto causado na empresa e pretende dar o aprofundamento na reengenharia de processos, ou seja, o sistema não vem pronto para ser utilizado na empresa, pois são sistemas genéricos e não específicos desenvolvidos especialmente para aquela determinada empresa, sendo assim é necessário fazer alguns ajustes nos processos para que a empresa possa se adequar ao sistema, e conseguir obter o os melhores resultados e desfrutar do que o sistema oferece para organização. No levantamento bibliográfico, o presente trabalho apresenta conceitos relacionados aos sistemas ERP, suas principais características, o ciclo de vida desses sistemas, com a finalidade de estudar todas as etapas de implementação, porem dando ênfase na reengenharia de processos. Serão apresentados também um levantamento dos benefícios e alguns possíveis problemas ou dificuldades na utilização do ERP, isso tudo referenciados conforme encontrado nas literaturas especializadas sobre o tema. Na pesquisa realizada, este trabalho procurou identificar e analisar, por meio do método de estudo de caso em uma pequena empresa localizada na cidade de Tupã – SP, os aspectos relacionados a todas as etapas desde a escolha, implementação e utilização do sistema ERP. E nos resultados obtidos, foi parcialmente constatado todos os benefícios citados pelos autores com relação à implementação do sistema ERP, não foi constatado todos os benefícios, pois a implementação não foi concluída ainda, por falta de tempo.

In this study will be discussed characteristics of ERP systems, processes involving from the selection, implementation and use, benefits, advantages, disadvantages and the impact on the company and intends to deepen process re-engineering, ie the system is not ready for use in the company, they are generic and not specific systems especially developed for that particular company, so it is necessary to make some adjustments in the processes for the company to adapt to the system, and achieve the best results and enjoy what the system offers to organization. In the literature, this paper presents concepts related to ERP systems, its main characteristics, the life cycle of these systems, in order to study all stages of implementation, however with emphasis on process reengineering. Will also be presented a survey of benefits and some possible problems or difficulties in the use of ERP, it all referenced as found in specialized literature on the subject. In the study conducted, this study sought to identify and analyze, through the case study method in a small company located in Tupa - SP, aspects related to all stages from the choice, implementation and use of ERP system. And the results, was partially verified all the benefits cited by the authors regarding the implementation of the ERP system, it has not found all the benefits because the implementation has not been completed due to lack of time.
