O estudo de caso apresenta a implantação da ferramenta de engenharia de métodos, essa ocorre através da sistematização de método de avaliação do produto final em uma empresa de máquina agrícola. A ferramenta que surgiu visando à melhoria dos processos, através da busca pela melhor forma de execução, bem como tempos padrões. Os objetivos principais são a redução do tempo de auditoria, melhoria na qualidade da informação, redução de problemas de campo, redução de deméritos e aumentar o índice de máquinas auditadas. Os tipos de pesquisas utilizados foram: Exploratória e Descritiva, pois, visa um maior aprofundamento com o problema a ser estudado e analisado, e levando-se em consideração a exatidão das provas obtidas. Tendo em conta as características dos métodos, foi escolhido o estudo de caso. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a implantação foi eficiente, conseguindo atingir os objetivos estipulados. O número de máquinas auditadas aumentou em 11 máquinas ao mês, bem como o tempo foi reduzido entre 0,5 a 1 hora por máquina. A qualidade da informação melhorou e ainda não conseguimos mensurar os reflexos no campo.
The case study presents the implementation of methods engineering tool, that occurs throughout a systematic method for evaluating the final product in a company of agricultural equipment . The tool that has emerged aimed at improving processes , through the search for the best way of implementation and time standards . The main objectives are to reduce audit time , improving the quality of information , reduce field problems , reduction of demerits and increase the rate of audited machines . The types of research were: Exploratory and Descriptive therefore aims to develop further with the problem to be studied and analyzed , and taking into account the accuracy of the evidence obtained . Taking into account the characteristics of the methods , the case study was chosen . The results obtained show that the implementation was efficient , achieving achieve the stipulated goals. The number of machines increased by 11 audited machines month , and the time was reduced from 0.5 to 1 hour per machine.
